Bike, Car, Hovercraft? Reimagining the Future of Cities
Visionaries are reimagining and reinventing our urban futures & the ways we move in them.
At Ministry of Supply we often find inspiration in the work of others. This month we focused our attention on the designers and architects that are shaping the geography in which we live and move. As a company that makes high-tech professional apparel for the modern urban man, we were particularly interested in the “Rights of Way: Mobility & The City” exhibit at the BSA/SPACE Center for Architecture & Design. Guest contributor and art critic Leah Triplett visited this exhibit where “visionary examples from around the world illustrate how a city is shaped by the ways people move through it”.
A Scientist Walks Into A Bar
If this guy had been your professor in college you might have gotten your Ph.D. after all.
He got one.
Thank goodness he got bored with that and decided to become a comedian instead.
Meet Tim Lee: The scientist-turned-comedian who is using business best-practices to change comedy.
"When in doubt, make a fool of yourself. There is a microscopically thin line between being brilliantly creative and acting like the most gigantic idiot on earth.
So what the hell, leap."
- C. Heimel
